sticky detox situation.. advice?

So, I'm going back to my old job and I didn't realize I'd be tested again until I was told today. I start back tomorrow.
I have smoked every day with an exception of one or two for the last week and a half. Prior to that, I had been squeaky clean for 3 months because I was pregnant. I had a miscarriage and was/am SO devastated, so instead of taking the xantax the Dr. prescribed me to relax which kind of freaked me out, I went for my favorite all-natural relaxant pretty hard. I am 22, fit, 120lbs, 5'3", and because I was so upset for the last week or so I have eaten barely anything AT ALL. No munchies for me-- I lost 8 lbs putting me a couple lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm thinking this may be in my favor detox wise? Additionally, for a significant portion of the time period in question, I was taking darvocet every 4-6 hours for pain. Same effect as asprin maybe? I drank 6 glasses of green tea today + a couple glasses of water and a 5 oz steak. I freaked out and bought one of those drinks you take an hour before just in case, but after reading, maybe it's not the best idea? I plan on trying to stall as much as I can taking the test, but worst case scenario I have to take it tomorrow... any other advice?

First off, let me say I'm very sorry for your miscarriage.

Now onto the test. I would recommend you stall as long as you can and get a home test. Start using the Dilution method (it is stickyed on the top of the threads) and then use your home test a few days before. If you pass, keep diluting the same way you were leading up to the home test and continue to use the home tests, always use your first urine of the day as it will be the highest in THC metabolites (consequently do NOT use your first urine when you take the real test). If you fail one of these tests, use the substitution method- they are not allowed to frisk you or monitor you on a pre-employment test, so just follow the instructions on the sticky thread here for substitution.
