How easy it is for a person to forget that the major portion of this debt burden was incurred under the Bush administration. It takes money to make money as they say and that has a myriad of meanings. i.e. tax revenue makes money to pay down the debt but the corporate and private sectors need to create jobs to do that.Quote:

Just wait till all the census workers are laid off next month........what did Vice President Biden say unemployment would reach if only they could pass the miracle stimulus packages that created jack-shit. It was 8%. Mid-terms are gonna get worse and worse for Obama as each day passes. Im sorry....I totally approve of Obama's handling of the war on islamic terrorism, he's spot on there. They look to have lost total control of just about everything else. What happened to their machine during the elections? Anybody?
I think America just wanted to elect a black president with NO expierience to get it outta the way and over with. And it appears to be working. Obama has made the general public "brand" the Democrat party as borderline socialists and welfare babies....union lapdogs.....and thats gonna sting big time. Doubt they can reverse that in 6 months.
