On Sunday, I would repeat the first void of the day with a First Check home test for THC. I used them and they were totally dependable. I had the lab verify four different times for me. One time it was very faint, but the lab verified that it was negative.
Then at midday on Sunday, the same time I would take the Quest pre-employment test. Prior to taking it I would do a medium dilute as per this website.
1. I took unsweetened cranberry juice about four to five hours before the test.
2. I then took two 12 oz glasses of water. Over the next hour or two.
3. Then take B2 either by itself or in a one-a-day about 2 and a half hours before the test.
4. Then I took two 32 ounce containers of orange gatorade in the last two hours before the test.
5. I would be eating burgers and steak from yesterday on.
For what it is worth I passed. Two days earlier I had a real faint line from the First Check home test with the first void of the day. When I tested later after having drunk a fair amount of liquid, not a whole lot but a fair amount, the line was a lot more visible.
If you do this on Sunday, you can see how the liquid affects your test. It is not totally dependable, but it is pretty good as an indicator of what it is most likely to be on Monday. You can do another first void of the day test on Monday. And another before you go in to be tested. That is exactly what I did. I was called in to HR for the rest of my paperwork about ten days later. That was excruciating agony. My only worry was that it would come back as a negative dilute. The test just before I peed for them was a real strong line. The First Check tests are about $16.00 each for the THC tests at CVS.
I went through such mental anguish, that I am not smoking again until after I am no longer in the job market. It sounds like you will probably pass with a medium dilute, or with no dilute at all, but THC metabolites can change and be more or less at given times. I did so many tests that I could see mine go down steadily over a 22 day time period. So, mine were a constant decline, if you base it on line color. But line color is not a completely dependable reading of the quantity of the metabolite that they are testing for. Good luck.
The B2 is for color. The orange gatorade is for something, I forget just what, and the red meat is for creatinine or creatine. If you use your own pee the temperature concerns go away but the positive or negative concerns are still there.
