New grow; new setup

i'm starting a whole new grow and going to try this a whole different way. if you anyone can give me some pointers as I go about this would be much appreciated. I just acquired a vortex 8" with a CAN 125. I've decided on building a box within a second bedroom. Its going to be 6' x 8' x 8' high. I also have 2-1000 HPS lights and hoods. I am thinking of doing 16 plants. I going to be starting these from clones. I plan on pulling fresh air from outside and then blowing the air out of the vortex into the bedroom. Does anyone see any problems with this? Should I shoot the filtered air back out the same window the fresh air came from? Theres only one window in this room so it makes it a little difficult. My buildings electricity just recieved an overhall and I also included a picture of the breaker box to see if anyone out there seems to think my grow has enough power. The two lights take 20amps right there and I dont really want to blow the electricity.
Should I not use an intake fan , cos the vortex is sucking enough air in that I dont need a fan? I have to be as stealth on this as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to have it started by this Sat. Lets hope all goes well.
