first grow white skunk light question

Hi
Iâ??m growing three white skunk plants under a 125 cfl for the last two weeks, I had a problem with the PH level of my water which I have now fixed. The plants appear to recovering and growing more leaves.

My questions, at what stage should I put my plants under the 400 HPS which I have. I was under the impression my 125cfl was for the veg stage and that I should only introduce the HPS when I switch to the flowering stage.
