Big test on Thursday, Help greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone, I have a very important test coming up on Thursday. Ill give you a little background on my status:

Weight 210 lbs
Height 5'8"
Metabolism is not the fastest
Last smoke was Monday-early today (about 12am)

Prior to that I have not smoked for almost 3 months (give or take a week or so) Im not sure if I was clean before I smoked, but I was doing cardio and working out a lot. It was a pinner of two roachies. I did not get blasted, but just slightly high. I found out about the test this morning, and went crazy. I have just finished working out and am considering continuing to do so. Im not sure if i should stop and eat fatty foods or continue to do cardio and drink water. I tested myself before i worked out and came up positive. I dont believe that substitution will be an option at this point, so I am gearing up for dilution (creatine mono) and I will be following n2's guide. I will also be adding strip nc to the n2 method.
I believe the test will definitely include gc/ms and it will be monitored.
I am hoping that I will be able to pull it off, as this test means alot....
I know that this is a common question, but can anyone tell me how my outlook is? I appreciate ANY of your comments and questions. Any facts are MUCH appreciated. Im not sure if i should keep on exercising or if the metabolite lvl will be at a level to where i can dilute with no problem. Thank you SO MUCH!
