So i got surprise today with a phone call saying how they finally made up thier mind and gave me a job at a company i applied at awhile ago. I had given up hope on it long ago and started smoking again about a month ago. I usually smoke pretty casually like maybe 4 days a week with only two or so bowls split between a friend and myself. I was suppose to take the test this week pending a backround check i know i will pass, but managed to push it back to next week as "Im going to be outa town". Last time I happened to smoke was during the Lost Finale on sunday the 23rd, so about 2 days ago. What steps would be recommended to quicken the cleaning out process. I am about 6'1 220 lbs with a pretty casual life style, would excersing alot be any beneficial on top of the Dillution steps that are stickied above...? Any help would be greatly welcomed.
