I need some advice i have two basic plant lights that you can get at walmart... all i can afford right now so i know i need a better light dont tell me... but my plants are streching to get to the light but if i bring the light lower they leaves get burned? I dont know what to do and then some ofy plants are still short and i think is becasue they are to far from the light but i cant bring it closer without burning the other leaves. They are in a hydro 73 qt plastic bin.

Are you using cool bulbs or the regular ol hot ones? Seems strange they'd be close enough to burn but then cause stretching when you move it.
I don't know much about using Floros, but I've read the best combination is one warm one cool.
Why wally world and not Lowes/Home depot?

You could get a small fan and position it so that the air blows right across the top of the canopy... This should help a little bit. :)

it was wally mart because we were there getting some food and what not and just picked them up. We were just trying to eliminate the huge light we had before to something smaller and easier till the mid of next month...then they will have their own room sectioned out for each stage and some awesome lighting. we are just trying to make things as good as possible right now on a tight budget. I will be posting pics here soon of the temporary box setup we have now. It is gehtto fab but it works for right now.
The bulbs are not cool bulbs i didnt realize that till after i had them home and turned on, and i am to lazy to take shit back so i am just gonna make it work till next month.

thank you all...after i made my homemade tent kinda box thing (see pics in my excited post) and raised the light just a tad higher and added a fan during the day when it is the hottest i have had no more burning issues they are stretching a little still but some that were real short are now taller and look awesome. Thanks for the help everyone i will am sure to ask more questions at some point.
