i need an opinion

i have 4 48"fluorescents and 3cfls with a fan on them will i have a good yield i have dyna gro grow and dyna gro bloom are hese good nutrients to use and ihave ph up nd ph down are thse good and are the cemicals i have easy to use my plants are easy ryder ive heard here easy to grow anywhere and when they get tall should i keep the fluorescent on top of them and the cfl on the soil and bottom of the stem
