whar lights to use in pc grow box?

What lights should I use if I wanna grow 3 lowryders in pc grow box? Thanks

I used two 26w CFLs for veg and 4x for flowering in a pc box. Even though they are lowryders you will probably have to train them to all fit in it. It will get mighty hot in there so make sure you have enough exhaust!

I just use my pc box for babies now...

Will the fans that come standard with pc be enough for proper air flow

I guess it depends on what fans your pc came with... My case came with two small fans. I added a bigger one that fit over where the power supply sticks out. also another small one that blew across the tops of the plants.

The more the better since they arent very strong.
