when to put into flowering?

so my plant is 1 month and 1 week old, no pre flowers yet, shes 1 foot tall now im just wondering if i should induce flowering now or give her more time??? here are some pics

It is all a style thing. Some people want a big plant some like small plants. You must take into consideration the lights you are using. If you do not have a powerful light the lower part of the plant will not be the best smoke. I use a strong light but I still like a small plant. That is just me. Other growers get great results with large plants. When you switch to flower the plant will double to triple in size the first couple weeks of flowering. Your plant looks great so far.
After writing all this I still can not really give an answer, I do not want to mess with your style. Just some things to take into consideration.

You can flower now but the yield won't be much. What kind of lights do you have?

im using a 175 watt mh right now, im going to order a 200 watt hps pretty soon.
