I just went to the Colorado Legislation Session website and their site is down. I can't find a full version anywhere. Does anybody have a copy of this bill that they could email me?
I would really appreciate the lastest version if possible.

HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - This database is currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be accessed at this time. In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a Domino Server by all users of the database.
When their site is fixed (Monday am?) everyone should read the entire f'ing thing at least once.
