says illicit manufacturing, sale, etc but nothing about growing medical mj,would be on a balcony not indoor's,.!
this is in cali and we are moving into a condp/apt thing complex.the lease does not say anything about mj so if i become an mj patient would/should i be able to grow a plant or 2...im a very clean person and have too much respect for ppls belongings..
the lease does say we the tenates need to water/care for the owners planted plants..
"^so why shouldnt i be able to care for own plant :)^"

i will not do this unless it is legit..
lease doesnt say no to mj but
...I wouldn't worry about it.
Otherwise, you would have to be mega-paranoid about not letting anyone know of your gardening project.
I have a nice balcony, which is prolly going to get some mums once I'm done harvest, but not before. And I wouldn't think of putting 'em out there if I didn't have my Permission Slip from Health Canada. Some are lucky enough to have balconies that aren't visible from their neighbours--I'm not :(
My indoor garden is doing fine, tho.. ;)

If you have your card then your legally fine..stay within the limits your county set...if they didn't then stay within state law..
Your lanlord should not discriminate against you...if they do, take them to court.
