Are these plants heathy the leaves are drooping?
Might want to put it into a bigger pot.... also put a chostick or something a little bigger with a support to hold that stem up... it looks pretty weak.
...but not much to worry about.
I'd second the above advice, and maybe see if they need a bigger pot. Either that, or the poor thang just needs a bit more water than it has right now. Try to let 'em dry out between waterings, but if you let 'em dry too long, expect a bit o' droop.
I just found that situ with my Numba2 plant, and about ¾ of a ga. of healthy nute-laden water perked 'er right up.
If you let it dry right out, you should be able to turn it upside down and gently tap the plant/rootball out, to see if it's choking the pot. If so, just transplant to one size bigger :)
That looks like my first plant white widow, its still alive and i have put it through hell and after 2.5 months its finally starting to fill out after torture and vegging to flowering, overwatering and feeding, not sure why but she is definately strong and is a great plant to learn from. I have 8 others started so if she makes it ill keep her as a mother to see if the clones are strong
