I smoke about 4.5 out of 7 days of the week. When I smoke, i tend to smoke around a gram or less of mid grade pot. I am 5'11 and weigh 190 pounds. i work out semi-regularly but will begin a more intensive regiment starting tomorrow. when it comes to my BMI i am roughly at 25% but i am not sure how accurate that is because while i do have a little beer gut, i do get regular exercise and and i know a little bit of that weight is muscle. so my question is, approximately how long should it take for a detectable amount of thc to be out of my system? and any advice on what types of food i should eat, i know to try and avoid fatty foods.
