Quick Question On Mites

It's been a long time sense I've been on here. But I have a question for the sake of the garden.

I have a mite problem. I refer to them as Quick Silver Mites.
Theres super small and unnoticeable inless really looked for.

How do I take care of these little fellows?

Only problem... The plants havnt even sprouted yet.

Those hot shot pest strips will drive anything out of a room in no time. and they wont return. all for under 7 bucks each. one will last 4 month
