The DC Effect
I am quite sure there are smarter people than me on this forum.
Please assume the next statement is true.
Our U.S. Congressional body must review Medical Marijuana due to the action of the District of Columbia before it officically becomes law.
So I ask your opinion.
If it becomes law due to action or most likely inaction by the U.S. Congress, would this be a federal acknowledgement of our rights to use Medical Marijuana?
Thanks,

The DC Effect
xlent question. it does put the congress in a bit of a pickle, eh? I believe they ok'd the DC inititative but, yes, they are basically giving the red light to break their own laws. :stoned: that is the beauty of this inititative. the people of DC have spoken and the congress had two choices, tell the voters of DC their votes mean nothing or give them ok to break federal law. i love it. :rastasmoke: I think the congress did give them the ok, many years after the fact, but better now than never I guess.
