Do you need a Dr. to sign you MMJ form?

Ok so here's the deal for all of you looking for a compassionate doctor to sign your MMJ form. Please read this all the way through and then act on it. I have spoken to a few different sources at the thcf.org clinic. I was originally told about one month ago that they are pre qualifying patients now for appointments that will be scheduled for late June. Today when I spoke to a guy named Doug I was told they need to have 100 patients prequalified to make it worth the effort to come to RI. Currently they have 30-40 Rhode Islanders pre qualified right now. So if you need a Dr., and want to help others suffering like yourself whom have not been able to convince any RI doctors to sign off on a MMJ form, than here is your chance. This process is really simple: 1) Go to the thcf.org website 2) make sure you have one of the qualifying conditions 3) print out the application form 4) fax the application form with 3 months worth of your medical records 5) Come back to this thread and let us all know that you are prequalified so that we can collectively see that the end is in site as we near 100. Please don't just let this be another thread with hundreds of viewers and nobody who actually takes action. Do your part to help yourself and others like you!!
