I have a concrete room 9x6 with a 6'6" ceiling.
I am going to attempt a basic hempy bucket.Was thinking about six.
I would be utilizing only half the room for a grow area.So 3x5 or around 15 sq ft.
First time out.The room is about 62 degress with out any lighting.
I was thinking about 600w swithable hps/mh light.Overkill or ?
The mh for vegging and hps flowering.
i think 600w would be perfect in there but you will need some sort of ventilation system set up to help with heat for sure.
my space is a 2.11x4.11x6.11. i am going to use a 600 also but with some sort of air cooled hood
i personally would find 2 400watts or 1 1000 watt for an area that size. i have an 8x10 room and im running 2 1000 watt air cooled hydro farm setups and a 430 off brand light and i still want more ha ha.
i flower at around 5 inches tall and yeild close to 1 pound a month in ocean forest soil.
