does qcarbo32 work?

I have a urine test coming up soon. I smoke often, but very little in quantity. A few hits off a blunt, roaches ect. I bought qcarbo32 but I'm not too sold as to it's working. Any thoughts on the qcarbo32 or any other methods or products to pass a urine test? I'm 5'9" about 150lbs with a high metabolism.
