Since the bill just passed is our only hope that the Gunba will shoot it down?

I have a meeting with Corry on the 17th, I would like to propose that we all get together and pool our resources and take action. I am not sure how to move forward that is why I am meeting with Corry. I do know we are all stronger if we stand together instead of each of us trying to fight this individually. It would be nice in we don't get caught up in the small stuff but all agree that it is a bad bill that should not be rushed through for the sake of regulation. But should be defeated and lets go back to the drawing board now that we are all a bit wiser on all sides and can come up with good regulation for the industry.Quote:

So far everything has passed expect that they accepted the amendment to allow local government to set hours of operation instead of the state.
Just now they approved removing some of the personal info that would be public record for grow licensees.
I also think that they have moved the deadline up to 8/1/10 instead of July.
Senator Carrol has introduced an anti vertical integration amendment to the bill. Basically allowing growers to grow and dispensaries shop owner to concentrate on running their shop. If this passes it could fuck the entire bill for Romer.
Update:
Did not get approved. :(
Sen. Carroll is on our side and we should never forget it.:thumbsup:Quote:

Now Sen Carrol is trying to remove the 5 patient limit for caregivers. She is basically saying with all the other regulations of this bill that capping the number at 5 is unnecessary.
Update:
It got rejected and now we are really fucked :(
they are saying a individual grower or caregiver cannot have over 30 plants, :wtf:Quote:
