Mrs. Mini Me

Mrs. Mini Me is a clone of the first plant that I grew/am growing, started from a bag seed. I learned quite a bit on my first grow, and am still learning as I basically just started flowering her. I'm kind of exited to see what I can do with the extra knowledge I learned on the first go:D

She was cut on 4/10, smeared with clonex, and stuffed in a coco clone and seed pellet. Let her live in her dome for 10 days, then on 4/20 I placed her in her current home, a 4" pot filled with 50% hummus bark compost, 40% pearlite, and 10% of a local garden centers packaged soil that has some sulfur, and casings in it. PH of water that drains out during watering is :thumbsup:

For lighting I have her surrounded by 4 26w CFLs presently. As soon as I get a regular socket to mogul socket adapter she will also have a 200w 6500k CFL shining down on her. The one I took her from is flowering under a 125w 200K CFL and four 26w CFLs, but I am looking into possibly adding more lighting by the time I flower Mrs. Mini Me.

In her last light cycle she had really started shooting out. Decided Iâ??d try a fim on her, and sniped the top 80% of the growth tip on top. Today the lower branches started going crazy, and it looks like I should be getting 4 shoots on top.

Tonight I pulled her top over just a tiny bit a-la LST to be able to get the light a bit closer to that bottom branch there.

I have a 1 gallon pot that I just filled with my same medium mixture as above that Iâ??m going to keep wet for the next week in preparation of accepting Mrs. Mini Me. She had a few roots start poking out of the drain holes. Figure Iâ??ll give her the week to recoup from her cuts today.

Also, yesterday she got a 1/5 dose of FF grow big, and I didn't notice any adverse effects today. Think I'll give her that dose every other watering till shes transplanted again.

Man I really feel like a rookie at this shit when I read posts like this!:o

Ok, alright. So it has only been a single day, but this is an exciting time. You know, where it is so small that it makes very noticable growth in the span of a single day.

Plus I'm a bit bored tonight and thougt this could pass the time :D

Been about a week. I've just been super buisy with work and life. Havn't had a chance to transplant. I'll give her a new home tonight or tommorow, as her new home is all ready for her and she looks VERY ready for it :D

Fairly happy with progress. I think the spot I have her in is a bit too warm when the water heater kicks on, but I should have the location remedied in the next couple days.

When I transplanted she showed some major stress signs. Didn't get any pictures, but it looked like either heat damage or nute burn. I'm betting on nute burn as I gave her the first nute feeding a day after transplant. Cut off the brown/burnt edges of the leaves, did another fim and now it is hard to tell it had even happened.

I'm thinking I'll do one more fim in the next couple days, then start the lst bondage:)

Overall I give myself a C+, B- so far.

Thinking I cut the tops a bit short when I did my fim session :( Not a big deal, but just slowing down my veg. cycle a bit. Added some nutes last night too, and this time I am seeing zero nute burn, and the leaves that are already started grew considerably in the last 24.

I was a bit hasty in my last post. Forgot it takes a couple days (a week :)) for the plant to start growing agian after a fim. She is just begining to take off again.

Everything is going well. She grew into the lights one day, and got a slight heat burn on a few leaves. So after that I tied down the main branches, and it started turning back up to the light after just an hour.

I've been having to water daily now. Sometimes more than once. Think she's ready for a new home soon.

I have a 2.5 gallon pot that I put together today and have started watering the soil. Think I'll transplant agian on monday.
