Testclear Testimony for Those Seeking to Reclaim their 5th Amendment

One of the rights our forefathers paid with their lives to preserve is the 5th Amendment promising that the pursuit of life liberty and happiness shall not be infringed without due process of law.

The day has now come when even secretarial and phone jobs impose the EXTREME threat of stripping you of your right to this pursuit and require the submission to URINE ANALYSIS to earn a day's wage. The measure of the quality of our labor has nothing to do with what is inside our bodies. If drugs are affecting your work performance, procedures are in place to correct you.

Drug user or not, what's happening here is that you're essentially being accused of a crime you must therefore prove you otherwise didn't commit. This is what you need to remember when you walk through those lab doors to screen. It is at the least constitutionally correct to protect these rights, "perhaps even morally, even if it means participating in a civil disobedience.

So, that's my little preface~ when it's affordable to do so, I think it's even more important to REFUSE U/A and to be bold and blunt to the potential employer that you don't work for people taking part in the rape of freedom. I've turned down numerous jobs this way which is usually met with a range of reactions. When I finally found an employer who didn't care what was inside my bladder, I was happy to give my best performance. Gave the place a good 10 years too-- the boss has always been pretty nasty to people but at least he respected the constitution... at least up till about a month ago.

Getting to the quick of it- the test came up this week and against my better judgement to take my chances out on the market again- I went with the substitution method to protect the privacy of my bodily fluids.

Ordered a kit of TESTCLEAR. The delivery was prompt and I've been told the company is reputable and that the 50 dollars is well worth it. I'd heard it happened to be an unsupervised test at least- non DOT.. here's how I did it today:

Digital Thermometer:
"ReliOn": found at Walmart a few bucks
Made the thermometer silent by using a razor blade to repetitively slice my way into the back of the unit, a little 2cm x 2cm hole just a centimeter past the little label on the back (towards the mouth-tip end of it) and scissor-cut the TWO black wires to the speaker (without touching the little copper wires!). I later found bringing the thermometer in the actual clinic with you is really not needed as long as you practice before hand. The silencing step is optional, but the digital thermometer is WAY important for practice.

TESTCLEAR 50ml of human urine powder

Travel Mouthwash Bottle (3 fl.oz)..flattest I could find. Add the temp.strips for further reference (comes with kit)

(you'll need a bunch for practice)

1)hour before shift, ran faucet at 100 deg F
2)prefilled bottle to make it warm first, dumped it out
3)add powder, added the 50ml.. and maybe 5 ml extra just in case and mixed well
4)added one heater, crotched between 2 pair of briefs so it looked flush
5)checked temp when arrived at work, temp running too hot, took off heater, recrotched (never needed to re-apply the pad- kept within temp real well once recrotched)
6)got sent to lab about 1 1/2 hours later, checked temp on the way with digital- still in the 90-100 range.. running 98 deg to be on the safe side.
7)checked in w/lab, walked to back, asked to empty pockets, take off jacket, not patted down but I heard that can sometimes happen, or even a waistline check.. have to be prepared for that just in case.
8)lab tech didn't protest my closing and locking door and waited outside the door
9)pulled out bottle, carefully and silently uncapped
10)Began peeing, voluntarily stopped flow JUST as I was pouring a stream from the bottle about a foot above the collection cup until empty, then resumed peeing (to simulate the sound of the stream going from the toilet water to the cup, back tot the toilet water. There are many other ways to pull this off- and you might not even need to be that careful depending on your lab tech and type of test. Had it been a supervised test, I'd have actually opted for one of those valved tube kits- no question. Your rights are absolutely worth preserving. Do what you must-
11) Recrotched empty bottle- temp stayed the same, returned (I was maybe about 5 ml short of where the tech drew the line, but it was fine anyway- but you might want to note that)
12)The sample was accepted and sent to lab
13) Now I'm waiting.

I should know in a few days if I don't get "the call". I've never had to use powder like this or submit to a test for that matter, so despite the reassurance from so many that the powder sub is the way to go, I hesitate enough to ponder what fate lays in my path. I'll be pretty disappointed in the procedure if it fails, and will let you guys know either way.

I know I read a few good blogs that made me feel a whole lot better about using this method to protect my privacy- and the more experiences I read with good results, the better I felt, so I felt obliged to lodge my experience for the next constitutional assault someone finds themselves in the middle of.

We must not stand idle whilst our liberty remains under attack. One definition of Tyranny is when normal everyday activities become criminalized. How many "crimes" did YOU commit today? This problem is FAR more extensive than this war on people and plants.. but when they can demand to screen your very pee in order to earn a wage, I'm sorry folks, but we're living in BON-A-FIDE tyranny. It will not be long before we see roadside sobriety checkpoints.. we're already seeing them some places.. are we going to let it get so far they just take our blood at checkpoints? They're doing that in some places already too.. and those aren't so easy to fool. I know I'm drifting a little but seriously.. this trend is really upsetting and I think it's so important to discuss..
