Removing the label off a bong... possible?

I like many on here have a certain weakness for some nice glass, but I will also admit I'm pretty picky as to how my glass hits and also how it looks (i'm sure most will agree with me on that). But here is my delehma...

I have recently purchased a sheldon black 6-arm bubbler (don't even get me started cause I love the thing to death). It hits as smooth as velvet but can kick like a donkey if you're not careful. But I'm not that big a fan of the big cursive "sheldon black" printed vertically on the main chamber. My question is, is it possible to remove this label completely to have a clear glass chamber? Been searching a while on the net and can't seem to find anything related to a sure way of how to remove a roor, sheldon black, or any other of those types of bong labels. Thanks in advance and hopefully put this thread in the right place.

does really no one know if this is possible or even tried? I can't imagine i'm the first to have thought of this
