hey guys, got a question on creatinine
if im not mistaken, creatinine is wat they check to see if urine is diluted or not.
so if ur exercising and building muscle, does your body produce more creatinine? or less?
im not taking creatine powder, just trying to eat little more red meat, but im also exercising. so i was just wondering if u build muscle, does creatinine level rise in urine or not.
Yes, they check the creatinine levels in urine, usually if it's for an official test like employment or probation where it goes to the lab, not for those bitchcore home drug tests. I'm not positive but am pretty sure working out would raise your creatinine levels. Even if you're worried that you need more, you can always head to GNC for a creatine supplement or bulk up on your red meats.
