building a grow box. some certain questions.

I'm building a grow box within a bedroom in my house. since I live in an apartment building i'm building a full plywood 10ft x 8ft x 8ft(height) fully enclosed box lined with panda film. Now I am going to have an intake fan bring in fresh air from outside through my window and ducting. I have a Canna charcoal filter which I'm hoping on dumping the bad filtered air into the actual bedroom, which leads to the my hallway and front door. I plan on doing about 40 plants under two 1000W HPS lights. I'm starting from clones and plan on only growing 9 -10 weeks.

my question. will dumping this filtered bad air into the room stink my house or make the air unhealthy in my house.

does this all seem reasonable and sound like a grow that will yield well?
