watch the other vid where the guy asks him about thc and so on and if it's found to cure cancer.i believe they were shop owners he was talking to? either way he was saying in a nut shell he wanted to help them but he did'nt believe some person could grow it well enough in a basement.then goes on to say he does'nt know how to deal with the "knuckleheads" im taking that to mean the small time grower.the small time caregiver?so in his own words he is saying he wants to cut out the small guy and regulate it to where only the shops can provide?
