need help please!!!

I have been smokin heavily for about 3 years (almost everyday). Didn't have anything for about 10 months now. I'm 5'9 and 210 pounds, have abit of fat but not masses. I need to take a test soon so need to make sure what the result gonna be. I exercise a lot and drink a lot of water but wondering if there is anything else i could do? Thanks for help
