Obama Signs Treaty with Russia as it undermines US Ally

You may not have heard our northern Afghanistan supply line partner was just overthrown by Putin and the Russians at the same time we were signing a weapons treaty.
We are in the process of packing up and moving bases in Iraq to Afghanistan and Pakistan isn't an option as a route.
This was after Russia tried to buy off our ally for 2 Billion in aid and we responded buy tripling the rent we pay to supply our troops in Afghanistan.
