Dilution method ?'s

I'm taking a pre-emplyment UA on Wed the 7th. I have quit smoking for right at 30 days but I'm still nervous about it...partly because I smoked like a mad demon leading up to it because I knew it would be a while before I got smoke again. I'm 5'8" about 160. I know there's a good chance I'm clean but for $$$ reasons I can't get a home test and check. So I'm gonna try the dilution method.
My question is about creatine levels...Is it too late to use red meat to boost my levels? If not. How much red meat should one eat over the next couple of days?
I've only taken 2 UA's in my life...1- I substituted(not an option this time) and 2-I quit for 6 weeks and was fine. I'm just nervous because my family really needs this and it would be the best $$$ I've ever made.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your pushing it on the creatine, but I still wouldn't hesitate on loading as much as possible. Eat red meat all the way up to the test, some good fatty burgers would be your best bet.. Fast food always works well. Be completely lazy and just make sure to follow the dilution sticky to a T. Good luck.. I'm sure you'll be fine.

Well..I passed with flying "colors". Man was that some yellow urine. Thanks for all the help on this forum.
