Strip NC Directions..

-So I read all about Strip NC and I really couldnt find a uniform set of directions.
-I tried to stop smoking March 1st but I just knocked it down to about a hit a day until mid March when I started skipping 3-4 days before taking a hit. Its now saturday 4/3 and I havent smoked since sunday when I took one hit and another 1 hit 4 days before last sunday. I have been running everyday for the last year and drink plenty of water and am very skinny (160 lbs 5'10").
-I have a Strip NC grape 32oz coming in the mail on Monday 4/5 to back me up and am expecting a test within the next week or two (don't know the exact date yet) However, i read the forums and couldnt find a set of directions. Heres what I know:

-Dont eat 4-5 hours before drinking the Strip NC drink.
-Drink plenty of water before drinking the Strip drink
-Drink plenty of water after drinking the Strip drink.
Exactly how long before the test (Say if its at 2pm) should i wait to drink the Strip NC drink?
How much water should i drink before and after drinking the drink because I dont want the test to come up dilluted?

Any advice on directions for strip NC would be MOST APPRECIATED.
