Under Bush we couldn't even get to a point in the legal process where anyone could even prove they were wiretapped so I don't know how anybody could truely know how many each guy wiretapped. It was just the other day my hero Judge Vaughn Walker agreed the govt did indeed wiretap someone.
But considering Bush had 8 years and Obama is only in his 2nd, I'll bet all the money in my bank accounts Bush spied on us more.
Now, please note this is one of the things I voted Democrat to end and quite frankly I'm pissed. Spy away on me if you just get a warrant, it's really not that hard.
If your really worried I'd ditch your cell phone anytime you are doing something nefarious. The cops and others don't need any warrant to get your cell phone records and the GPS data tracking your every move.
