MH / HPS in a rubbermaid grow box?

Hey Everyone, I am lovin' my new hobby.:rastasmoke:. right now I have two rubbermaide growboxes.. one that is 1 22gallon tub for vegging and one that is 2x22gallon tubs for flower, the flower box has 6 2500k cfls and the veg box has 3 6500k and 3 5500k bulbs..

I am thinking maybe I adding a HPS or MH ballast and bulb but not sure if it is possible with a rubbermaid box.. I don't want to melt anything..

What would you all recommend? HPS or MH? what wattage?

Its imposible without a cooltube. You can get it done maybe however I would steer away from mh/hps is those bins.

If you build it, they will grow.
Got a 150 watt hps in two 32gal stacked bins. Saw 400 watt in 3 stacked bins. Venting is key
