My husband broke my BRAND NEW bong!!! Help?
Just last night I decided to alllow myself some "me" time (I am a stay-at-home mom) so I went and got a pedi and stopped by the local head shop to get a new bong. I bought a beautiful water bong, frosted glass with a sillhouette of Bob Marley and peace signs...wonderful. I used it last night and it was PERFECT! Well about an hour ago I hear a huge THUD and then I hear my husband call me upstairs and he broke my bong! He broke the bowl...not the one you can take out but the one right underneath that is attached. I'm 99% sure I can't return it but is there any way I can fix it? It's still useable with the removable stem bowl thingy (I'm not up on my terms, sorry!) but the thing cost me an arm and a leg and I would like to fix it if possible before I go out and get a new one. Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah thats fixable, just get a new piece and o-ring. BTW it can be a pain in the arse depending on the oring but its fixable. I'm only assuming its not a glass on glass, since you said removable slider thingy ;) Go to the shop you bought it they should have the parts. You also may not need a new o-ring unless it was damaged.

If it's broken where it won't get hot, I've used superglue before. I have NO idea how safe it actually is, so I let it set for a while and then ran a flame over it hoping to cook away any of the glue fumes.

The slide tube is replaceable. If not, get a new glass blower because the design sucks. The slide tube breaks more often than anything else from simply getting knocked over, except for the replacement bowls that get regularly dropped.
I would hold on to the hubby until he screws up more seriously, but ask for something special in recompense........... If he is too broke to pay for repairs, take it out in trade.
If he keeps breaking it afterwards, he is probably doing it on purpose just to get to pay for the damages afterwards.
