Canadian looking to import marijuana (not seeds) from netherlands

I called health Canada, they didn't know anything and gave me the phone number to service canada
I called service canada and they didn't know anything gave me the phone number to canada border agency and the netherlands embassy
I called canada border agency and they told me no problems as long as I have a percription and the sender writes something to the affect "Prescription Medicine"
I have yet to speak to someone from the netherlands, their office is closed and I won't be able to reach them until Monday. Anybody have any idea their policy of shipping to canada for medical marijauan patients?
