Marijuana documentaries....

Hi Everyone,

I am pretty new to this entire realm and as such, I have been trying to watch as many documentaries, videos, films etc in search of knowledge. I have also been reading TONS on the web about the benefits of MMJ (to include many journal articles).


I have posted some video documentaries that I have either found pretty entertaining or very interesting/enlightening. They are in no particular order and many of you may have seen them before:

Many of these videos are in several parts on the sites, so be sure to look at each of the parts if interested. Sometimes sites tend to delete user's videos occasionally so searching for the title can sometimes link you to the missing parts.

If anyone has any other suggestions for documentaries please let me know and I will edit the list. I am certain that there are other great resources out there.

I love MJ documentaries too....I've seen all those....great info! I also liked Super High Me....it's funny and very informative. I thought it was a great one to show people who don't know anything about MJ law since it was pretty entertaining and not just facts!

Hell yeah, good list, and Super High Me is way funny. There is also a movie called "The Union" that is pretty good.

Super High Me is one FUNNY movie! A pretty novel concept!:thumbsup:

I like super high me too lol That movie is funny as hell! And i liked the union too.

:thumbsup:Super High Me. Sandia you may like Homegrown,fiction but a good Ganga friendly movie. It has Billy Bob Thornton,Jamie Lee Curtis,Bon Jovi and John Lithgow oh yeah and Ryan Phillippe. It's basically about Humboldt County from what I gather.

Half Baked is funny as hell,to me anyway,fiction too,Dave Chapelle.

Nice list but you forgot two classics. Reefer Madness and Marijuana, Weed with Roots in Hell. I mention these films in the documentary vain because they were produced as a result of the political ambitions of Harry J. Anslinger Jr. The level of propoganda in these film in these films is overdone to the point of being hilarious. I have a copy of Reefer Madness where each of the smokers blows out different colored smoke when they exhale.

To be honest I liked Super High Me but thought the smoking by the star was pretty lightweight. We smoked more just while watching the film than the star smoked on any given day. We smoked numerous volcano bags each, smoked joints, two types of pipes and a bong while watching. But I will admit I really was Super High afther that!

Edit: I just Googled it and found out. I got to try that one of these times.

In my day it was joints, pipes, bongs or gas mask. What will they come up with next.

Have you seen the "Reefer Madness" episode of "That 70s Show"?
Instant classic!

I don't recall that one in particular but I may have and just forgot. I have seen most of the episodes but I will try to watch for that one on the reruns. Sounds like it was really funny.
