Have my medical card (CA) friend does also. Can I grow his??

Answer to your question is NO YOU CAN NOT "LEGALLY" GROW ANY MARIJUANA IN ANY STATE IN THE U.S., now aside from your "legal" question. You may be your friends caregiver and yes be within the CA. laws.
