Video: 4th Amendment is Dead.

It is an old video, but I just came across this the other day and I figured it would be an interesting watch to people who have not seen this yet.

Have seen this before. This exact thing happened in my neighbourhood a few years ago. Because they perceive a health violation they're able to enter your property. It comes from the expanded powers under the immediate threat clause for officers. Thats why none of these seemingly innocent laws should never be passed, because once the door is opened they just kick it wide open.

Is there any follow up to this? Did he sue them? I can only hope they both got fired.

It appears at times the United States Constitution is a concept, enjoyed only by those with appropriate power or status of some sort.

Sheriff: I would feel, if you have nothing to hide, you would let her look on the property.

I applaud the man for keeping his cool. Otherwise, that would have definitely gave the sheriff probable cause.

On property that large, I would have definitely invested in Invisible Electric Fences and owned a few pit bull terriers. That's just meâ?¦
