Non-Medical Marijuana

if marijuana is decriminalized then what does that mean for non-medical marijuana smokers?

usually decrim means you get a ticket for like an oz or less ($100 in Cali) as opposed to getting locked up and charged with more serious offense. but milage may very, and as I agreed with earlier on another post, I'm not a lawyer, just someone who smoked a doob and acts like one. :rastasmoke:
