so as long as dispensaries are 1000 feet away, the children are safe. is there only one liquor store in the Fort? How about Pharmacies?
I really have a hard time understanding how they can even justify these zoning laws. There hasn't been a single case of a child EVER obtaining medical marijuana through the simple process of walking in and purchasing it. Nobody wants to lose their license or get in trouble for selling to a minor, its just not worth it so it will never happen.
No shit, Bryan. These zoning laws are absolutely stupid. Pretty soon they'll start zoning for home-schooled students.
