How can you really tell when your buds are ready for harvest? I want a HEAD high for my head pain. when should i cut it down?

only way to really tell is to get yourself a handheld microscope (or at LEAST a 30x jewelers loop) and look at the trichs. when the majority of them are turning amber, its time to start slashin

the more amber, the harder the couch lock, depending on strain.

Try Radio Shack- they have cheap ones that work- under $20. Look for amber "mushrooms". :thumbsup:

A bit of advice, don't post the same post in every forum! Most folks just hit "New Posts" and see what has happened today. So we were treated to 3 or 4 of your identical posts in a row. A little bit of over-kill.

And have you ever heard of the search function? Your question has been asked, and answered, a few hundred times on every MJ forum, including this one! The search engine is your friend! Use it! :D

i might also add that if you dont have alot of experience, take the time to buy and read the book "marijuana horticulture: the indoor outdoor medical growers bible" . great book for beginners and accomplished growers. lots of good info on just about every aspect of growing indoor and outdoor you can think of. great book.

Yea, if you want your effects to be more in the head you need to harvest as the trichs just start to get cloudy, Like the one person said the later you wait the more couch lock or body buzz you r going to get. If you take them while they're still cloudy it will be more in the head. Don't wait till they all turn amber.
