hair test, which method to use.

so here goes.

im in my last year at uni, finsih in may. im wanting to apply for social work jobs or the police force, but to do this i have to pass a hair drugs recruitment test.

i stoped smoking weed feb 8th having realised that its going to affect me getting a job after university. i was unaware up untill then lol.

i have time on my side i suppose, a few months etc so i want to know the best way to get my hair clean, i have been cuting it regulary to try and stimulate growth.

ive read jerry Gs test which consits of bleaching hair and dying, and this seems to be a bit drastic, but if it works ill defintly consider it.

ive also read hades65 test using propylene glycol.

ive read on forums that shamppos dont work alone, so im doing more exercise. im a bit over weight, im about 5.7 in hieght and wiegh 12.6 Stones = 176.4 Pounds

i live in the uk.

like i said im not in a drastic rush, but it important im clean when i go for interviews because they keep stuff like this on record for future applications, certainly the police force.

i smoked weed for about a year, some time only on the weekend, somtimes 3-4 days a week.

what should i do from here, considering my circumstances
