Stomach Pains please help on strain selection...

Greetings everyone,

Its nice to find this forum. I feel like im in a band of brothers episode when I discovered this forum, when they jumped during D-Day "Flash....Thunder!"

Anyways, a quick backlog. Back in College I never smoked pot... I had stomach pain everyday which would lead into an anxiety disorder later on. Anyways, during a study session a classmate of mine pulled out a join and passed it around. I took a hit.

The next morning I woke up and my stomach felt great! I felt normal again, like I did when I was a youngster.

Up to date: I went to get help for my anxiety and stomach problems. I was prescribed meds and other meds that didn't really do what that joint did when I was in college for my stomach.

I recently got my certificate for Medical Marijuana Use. I purchased some Sativa strains and although it got me high it didn't do anything for my stomach like that day in college when I smoked a joint.

I'm here to ask if anyone knows here what strain I must of smoked in college to make my stomach feel so good and pain free. I have been reading about Indica strains and that seems to be geared towards my situation.

I was wondering if anyone knows if Indica is what i'm looking for when describing my pain relief. Any information will be helpful and sorry for making this post so long.
