7 days since test...no news still good news?

Well, The past week has been a rough one for me. I had to take a drug test last Friday because of a work related incident. Up until then, I had been smoking one in the evening uusually before bed and TV just to wind down from the day. This test came out of nowhere and I freaked out. I bought one of those Omni cleansing pills (which I am now kicking myself for buying! Never again!) and drank 67.8 oz. of water, peed 4 times and took the test. The sample they got barely had any color at all, so I figured it was pretty well diluted. They told me that it would be 3 business days before they had the results. Well it's been 5, and I haven't heard a peep. I'm wondering if I passed. I'm starting to think I got really lucky and passed it, but I don't know for sure.

I actually ended up having to take a 2nd test on Tuesday so I just used quick fix and I passed that one....found out within minutes on that one.

I guess my question is, do you think I passed the first one since its been so long? Do they let the employer know immediately if you registered positive for anything, or do they go ahead and run a more in depth test that takes longer before they send the results? At best, maybe the first one came up diluted and they're just accepting the second one from the different lab as the follow up. Not knowing is driving me nuts!
