I was in a dispensary on Federal this morning and a Special Agent from the city came in to make sure that the dispensary had the reciept of payment for the $5,000 license and background check fees. That was QUICK! March 1st and they're already craking down-if there's any dispensary owners out there-did it happen to you yet?

You would think they would know which dispensaries complied (235 of them) with the new licensing/fees and which did not.
that's what i thought at that time too. he was "special police" he was dressed in a suit but had a badge on. Super nice..he just asked to see the paper work and the manger's first and last name.
wonder if that was city or dea?
city would certainly be public about enforcement of licensing.
