RESCHEDULE CANNABIS

I urge everyone to write to your state representatives and tell them that you want them to reschedule Cannabis/Marijuana from Schedule I ,to schedule III in YOUR states laws.
Especially in States that have MedMJ, there is just no truth in keeping Cannabis listed with Heroin and Meth,LSD etc.

That would be great, but it is at the Federal level, states cannot adjust that.

I believe the states also have their own laws scheduling drugs,, look here

IF I-1068 passes this will be one of the first things that our reps will have to change.
As I said, if we all work to get our local politicians to reschedule Cannabis that will be a huge step towards legalization.
