First time shrooms

Let me apologize in advance for creating a thread that has already been created 10,000 times. Rather than simply ask the question, I spent a good number of hours today reading erowid and searching this site. I think I got the gist of it, but maybe I could run through it and you guys could see if Iâ??m on the right track?

-Itâ??s my First time

-Going to be 2 people, me and a close friend who I implicitly trust (itâ??s his first time also)

-weâ??re both pretty big guys, coming in at around ~260lbs or so.

-I figured weâ??d each eat half an eighth, wait 30 mins or so then decide if we want to eat the 2nd half or not.

-planning to eat the shrooms with some orange slices. I heard orange juice is good, so I figured that orange slices would be good also, and they are kinda chewey so they might work out well with the shrooms.

-Planning to go for a walk after we eat them, and then retreat back into the house once we begin to feel the effects.

-weâ??re planning to try them at around 10 or 11 so that my parentâ??s will be asleep most of the time.

There are still a few things Iâ??m kinda concerned about

-I donâ??t have any weed. I finished my last bit last week, and scraped pretty much all of my resin this week. If I really work at it, I might be able to scrape maybe one or two more hits of resin out of my pipes, but thatâ??s it. Is it really that important to have weed when you do shrooms? I kinda want to do them alone anyway, just so that I know for sure exactly what the effects of the shrooms are and am not just wondering what part the weed is causing and what part the shrooms are causing.

-Weâ??re going to be doing this while my parentâ??s are home. This is perhaps not ideal, but itâ??s the best I could do. What do you think the chances are that weâ??ll flip out and end up causing problems with my parentâ??s? This is one of the reasonâ??s weâ??re going to start with half an eighth, hopefully things wonâ??t get out of control.

I was also thinking of taking some additional precautions. I was planning to type out a letter to my parentâ??s explaining the situation, and include contact info and health insurance info for both of us. I would keep this letter somewhere, and would give it to my parentâ??s in the event that something goes wrong while I am unable to communicate.

Flipping out shouldn't be a problem, laughing uncontrollably might!
I'd make sure you won't have to see or talk to your parents and make sure you're somewhere they can't hear you, cause the first few times I did them I couldn't stop laughing. Hell, I still laugh my ass off.

I've tripped in my own home with parents and all, and it's never been a problem. Sounds like you'll have yourself a grand old time.
