Hey i plan on getting Gardening Accessories - Plantastic 16 Ounce Watering System
and filling it up with water so i wont need to go back to the site everyday. Is it a viable option for me and would it yield the same results as manual watering?

might suffice for the earliest stages, but you are gunna need A LOT more water than that once your plant gets bigger. I would buy it and make a rig out of it.
Heres my idea:
buy a hose and drill a hole in the top of that 16oz auto watering thing the size of the hose. Figure out a way to hang a large water container in a tree or ontop of a bush or branch or something and lead the hose to the bottom of the large container. maybe seal it with epoxy? The pressure of the large amount of water would push the water out to fast so i would recommend using a narrow tubing or something to reduce the pressure.
i actually thought up a dripper that would work form multiple plants with basically the same principal but with two containers on ether side of a line of plants and a hose running from one end to the other, across all of the plants with tiny holes poked above the plants.
or you could water regularly.
