I believe the obstacle is the term "serious medical condition". Cannabis is great for serious medical conditions. It is also very useful for people with less serious conditions for the exact same reasons!

A few can benefit from cannabis legally. Many, many more can benefit if the adult population that currently uses marijuana is taken into consideration. Most people use it for fatigue and a mild antidepressant that has very few lasting side effects. It is GREAT for this purpose. It provides appetite, good sleep, and a couple of hours of easy feelings. Almost any person could use it medically that was over 40.

Most men have lower back pain and many women do too. The loss of a loved one, a divorce, surgery, or a severe car accident. All are "serious conditions" that marijuana could help. This is where herb helps the majority of mankind.

I know it is good for ADD, ADHD, sleeping, back pain, frustration.
