Dr needed in South County

Hello,
I am posting this on behalf of my friend. She is recovering from cancer and still has trouble dealing with the aftereffects of chemotherapy, but marijuana helps her a lot(she smoked before and through everything and her Dr knows this) but her surgeon is rather out of the way and she's not sure where to go in south county for a friendly Dr. Any assistance anyone could provide would be much appreciated.
